# Refund & Return Policy

At Sapphire Collective, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

## Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within **7 days** of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

## Unstitched Items

- Unstitched 3-piece lawn, chiffon, and embroidered suits are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Fabric must not be cut, altered, or stitched in any way.

## Stitched (Custom-Made) Items

- Stitched items are made according to your selected size and are considered **final sale**. We do not accept returns or exchanges on stitched items due to a change of mind or sizing preference.
- **Exception:** If a stitched item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a full exchange or refund. See "Defective or Incorrect Items" below.

## Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (stitched or unstitched), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund — your choice. Return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items is **free of charge**; we will arrange pickup or reimburse your courier cost.

## Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, you can choose between:

- **Refund to original payment method** (bank transfer / card refund), or
- **Store credit** for a future purchase

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

## How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Share your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

## Items Not Eligible for Return

- Stitched items without a manufacturing defect
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items that are used, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at checkout

## Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy above applies.
