At Sapphire Collective, we offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan and worldwide delivery, so you can shop our lawn, chiffon, and embroidered 3-piece suits from anywhere. This page explains our shipping timelines, charges, and order tracking process.
## Pakistan (Domestic) Shipping
- **Delivery time:** 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
- **Shipping charges:** **Free shipping** on all domestic orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value required.
- **Payment method:** Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all Pakistan orders.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed over to our courier partner.
## International Shipping
- We deliver to customers worldwide.
- **Delivery time:** Varies by destination country, typically due to customs processing and courier availability in different regions. Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
- **Shipping charges:** Calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and the weight/size of your order.
- **Payment method:** International orders must be paid in advance via online payment, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available within Pakistan.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected separately by local customs authorities.
## Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
## Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery status with our courier partner.
## Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Sapphire Collective is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Customs clearance delays for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
## Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sapphire Collective is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.
## Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate parcels depending on stock availability and warehouse location, at no extra cost to you.
## Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
